NOMINEE SUGGESTION FORM To help you as you consider names to suggest for each office, please pray for wisdom in your suggestions and review the biblical qualifications for Deacons in 1 Timothy 3:8–13 and for Deaconesses in 1 Timothy 3:11. Nominees must meet the indicated qualifications, assume the responsibilities, and abide by the Church Doctrinal Statement and Church Covenant. The Phoenix Elder Board will prayerfully consider each name submitted, then after review and approval by the Elders, the selected individuals will be recommended to Palmcroft Members for a confirmation vote at the Annual Business Meeting in March.
